Cookie Notice

Operational draft pending legal review. This document is real and governs current product behaviour, but the wording may be tightened by counsel before launch.

Anastig uses a small, predictable set of cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

1. Essential cookies

  • anastig_sid — first-party, HTTP-only session cookie used to keep you signed in. Required for the app to work.
  • csrftoken — protects state-changing requests from cross-site request forgery.

2. Functional preferences

  • Small localStorage / sessionStorage entries to remember UI preferences for the workspace shell.
  • Anonymous /demo annotations are kept in sessionStorage only and are cleared when you close the tab.

3. Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-preserving, cookieless measurement tool that runs on all pages to count aggregate page views and performance. It sets no cookies, uses no cross-site identifiers, and does not fingerprint you. Any other non-essential product analytics are off by default and can be enabled at signup or in account settings; we do not load analytics cookies unless you have opted in.

4. Managing cookies

You can clear cookies from your browser at any time. Doing so will sign you out and clear local UI preferences. The full privacy context lives in the Privacy Policy.
