These Terms govern your use of Anastig, an early-access platform for computer-vision dataset annotation, training, and evaluation. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Account responsibilities
- You must keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.
- One person is intended to correspond to one account.
2. Your data and your rights to it
You own the images, labels, models, and metadata you upload or generate (“Customer Data”). We process Customer Data on your behalf to provide the service. We do not use your Customer Data to train shared, cross-customer models. Each workspace is isolated.
3. License you grant us
You grant Anastig a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and back up Customer Data only as necessary to operate the service for you. This license ends when you delete the relevant data, subject to retention and backup windows described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, especially when safety, security, or legal compliance is at stake.
5. Early-access and beta limitations
Anastig is in early access. Features can change. Endpoints, quotas, and defaults may move with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee model accuracy, training success, or fitness for any specific production decision.
6. Pricing and billing
There is no self-serve checkout, no automatic billing, and no stored card data on this version of the service. Pilots and enterprise engagements are scoped by conversation and invoiced separately.
7. Service changes and termination
- We may add, remove, or change features.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
- You can close your account at any time from your account settings. Deactivation, recovery, and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided as-is during early access. To the extent permitted by law, Anastig is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you to us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
